Bellerose XD is a strategic UX consultancy built around one senior practitioner — working across research, design, facilitation, and strategy in French, English, and Brazilian Portuguese.
The consultancy was founded on a specific premise: the most valuable UX work happens when a senior practitioner is embedded in the strategic conversation from the start, not brought in at the end to validate decisions already made. Bellerose XD works with organizations that are large enough to face real alignment challenges and ambitious enough to address them.
The practice spans more than 12 years across industries and contexts — from consumer products to regulated enterprise environments, including defense, aerospace, and financial services. In complex systems, UX work draws on human factors principles and operator-centered design thinking, not just interface conventions.
Working in three languages means more than translation. It means operating natively inside French, English, and Brazilian Portuguese speaking organizations — understanding the cultural and institutional contexts that shape how teams work and how users experience products and services.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Louis-Philippe is the founder and lead consultant at Bellerose XD. He holds a Master’s in Interaction Design and a Bachelor’s in Marketing, and has spent over 12 years working at the intersection of user research, product design, service design, and design thinking facilitation.
He works fluently in French, English, and Brazilian Portuguese and brings a strategic orientation to every engagement — whether conducting discovery research, running workshops, or helping leadership teams understand what their users are actually experiencing. His work spans from early-stage product strategy to complex regulated systems in defense and financial services.
