Services

Five practice areas, applied where you need them — independently or in combination.

Strategic UX consulting is not a single service — it is a practice that adapts to where an organization is and what it actually needs. Whether the challenge is understanding users, aligning a team, or translating research into product direction, the right intervention depends on context, not a fixed menu.

Strategic UX Advisory

Some of the most valuable UX work happens before a single pixel is designed. Bellerose XD works with leadership and product teams as a senior strategic partner — helping organizations understand where they are, where they need to be, and what UX investment will most effectively close that gap.

This means challenging assumptions about what users want, identifying where the real friction lies, and translating user reality into direction that leadership can act on. Particularly valuable during major product transitions, new service launches, or when a well-resourced product is underperforming with its users.

For complex systems and regulated environments — including defense, aerospace, and financial services — this advisory work also incorporates human factors principles and operator-centered design thinking.

UX Research

Good decisions require grounded understanding. Not assumptions about what users want — evidence of what they actually experience.

Bellerose XD conducts qualitative and quantitative research adapted to your timeline, your context, and the specific questions your organization needs answered. Methods include user interviews, ethnographic observation, diary studies, and task analysis. The output is honest insight, not validation of what you already believe.

Research is structured to produce findings your team will actually use — not reports that sit on a shelf.

Design Thinking Facilitation

Complex problems require the right people in the room, a structured process, and a facilitator who can balance divergent and convergent thinking without letting either collapse into the other.

Bellerose XD designs and facilitates workshops, design sprints, and multi-session collaborative processes that move teams from ambiguity toward clarity and concrete, testable ideas. Facilitation works in person or remotely, and in any of our three working languages — French, English, and Brazilian Portuguese.

Engagements range from a single focused session to a multi-week process, depending on the complexity of the challenge and the alignment your organization needs.

UX and Product Design

Research without design is analysis. Design without research is guesswork. Bellerose XD does both — ensuring that what gets built reflects genuine user understanding and is aligned with business goals.

Work spans information architecture, wireframing, and high-fidelity interaction design across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. Prototypes are built to test, not to impress — designed for real users in real contexts, with accessibility and usability built in from the start, not added at the end.

Service Design

Products are only part of the experience. What users encounter before and after they use a product — the touchpoints, the handoffs, the moments of friction — shapes their overall perception as much as the product itself.

Service design maps the complete ecosystem: user journeys, friction points, and the gaps between the experience an organization intends to deliver and the one users actually have. The result is a clearer basis for making improvements that work across the entire service, not just within a single product or channel.

Most engagements draw on more than one of these disciplines. If you have a complex challenge and aren’t sure where to start, let’s have a conversation about what your situation actually needs.
