This project aims to streamline the renewal process for the assistance measure, allowing assisted citizens to retain the same assistants after three years when the measure expires. The primary goal is to assess the feasibility of a simplified procedure for extending the measure while maintaining an adequate level of security as perceived by stakeholders.
To achieve this, individual interviews will be conducted with key participants: assisted and assistants citizens. These discussions will gather insights into their perceptions, needs, and concerns regarding a simplified renewal process. The data collected will inform the development of a business case for this new solution.
This initiative reflects a commitment to better meeting client expectations by reducing administrative burdens while ensuring security measures remain robust enough to prevent abuse. The project ultimately seeks to improve the accessibility and user satisfaction of the assistance measure.
