In partnership with Laval University, Thales is looking to create a tool to help video surveillance personnel in their detection tasks based first on the literature and then on users in order to design a usable product. The tool uses the HoloLens 2 to display information that augments reality as well as tracks the eyes to help the user in his tasks. To carry out this project, interviews with users as well as design thinking workshops and discussion with users and stakeholders made it possible to improve the tool towards a version adapted to the market.
