Reimagining how to do online interviews (Phoenix Project)

With already multiple web applications serving various aspects of the one-sided or bilateral video interview, Interviewstream decided to reimagine the online interview while prioritizing values such as fairness and non-discrimination in the hiring process. To achieve this goal, we needed to implement a design system to accelerate development and design as well as imagine and design a new unified application with the help of the company’s various stakeholders. This new application was intended to replace the existing application range. However, the project was put on hold indefinitely due to an organizational reorganization.
