User research on use cases for flexible and granular authentication for CPL SafeNet Trusted Access

CPL’s SafeNet Trust Access is a niche software for identity and access management for medium and large enterprises. In their efforts to continually update their product, they tasked us with interviewing IT security specialists about their authentication flexibility needs. A work plan was produced to determine the steps to be taken. A filter questionnaire was made to select the 6 right candidates who will be interviewed. This will then be analyzed and discussed during a team workshop at our client to establish the use cases and the development plan of the solution in relation to the need for flexibility during authentication.
