CPL’s SafeNet Trust Access is a niche software for Identity and Access Management of medium to large enterprise. In their efforts to continuously upgrade the product, they charged us with the task of interviewing IT security specialist who rolled out MFA recently at their company to investigate their needs in terms of self-provisioning in an MFA rollout. A screener was made to select the right 6 candidates for user interview to investigate how MFA deployment was made at their company and if their needs could have been better satisfied in some other way.
