CPL’s SafeNet Trust Access is a niche software for Identity and Access Management of medium to large enterprise. In their efforts to continuously upgrade the product, they charged us with the task of doing user research on competitors’ client for establishing needs in the alerting and notifications for this kind of software. A screener was made to select the right 5 candidates for user interview to identify use cases, which will be analyzed and prioritized in a team workshop which we facilitated.
